This article outlines the most common issues with the system interface navigation and how to resolve them.

Missing menus or sections

If you cannot find a menu or section:

1. Check your licence type.
   You may not have access to that feature.
2. Verify your permissions with your administrator.
3. Refresh the page if menus appear incomplete.

Missing sidebar

If the sidebar is not showing:

1. Look for the collapse/expand arrow button.
   Some pages don't have sidebars (like the main dashboard).
2. Refresh the page if navigation seems broken.

Search issues

If search is not working:

1. Make sure you're using the right search box (sidebar vs. register filters).
2. Check spelling and try broader search terms.
3. Clear the search to see all items again.

Lost in the system

If you're unsure of your location in the system:

• Click the Home button to return to your dashboard.
• Use breadcrumbs to understand your current location.
• Check Recently Viewed to return to previous work.
