Version 2.4.0 enhances quality risk oversight and documentation with an updated quality risk workspace, expanded bulk updates (including remedial actions), clearer trend indicators for quality risks and responses, improved alignment when importing structured content into assessments, better audit-trail signals for browser-edited documents, and more reliable saved extracts. It also includes fixes for smoother daily quality work.
This article outlines the full changes, enhancements, and fixes that have been implemented in this release, available from 12 May 2026.
1. Features
Quality Risk UI
The Quality Risk area introduces a more modern summary layout, a clearer way to arrange summary insights, and a dedicated space for current assessments so teams can review and update assessments without hunting through the page.
Assurance-related steps are easier to follow, and tab navigation aligns with patterns used elsewhere, including where summary layouts appear on related assessment screens.
Registers and bulk editing
Bulk editing is available more broadly, including on remedial actions and across supported main and child registers, so teams can apply consistent updates where permissions allow.
Bulk command menus are tidied for quicker scanning, and duplicate-title situations during bulk updates surface clearer guidance.
Trends on risks and responses
Registers and views can show an assessment score trend indicator where configured for quality risks and quality responses, giving reviewers at-a-glance direction alongside current scores.
Bringing Universe and Library content to assessments
When you use workflows to bring items from your Universe or Library into an assessment, the configuration steps feel consistent whether you start from the universe or library path.
Filtering works reliably, scope prompts read clearly, and naming stays consistent.
Documents and collaboration
Browser-based editing through Office Online produces clearer audit-trail history for document versions and for lock and unlock events, supporting controlled collaboration and traceability.
