Ideagen Audit and Risk Management is not compatible with Apple's Safari browser. If you sign in with Safari you are likely to run into issues that prevent you from working normally.
This article explains alternative ways for accessing the system on Apple Mac devices.
Accessing the system
To access the system on a Mac:
- Install Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Both are free to download, work well with the system, and give you a reliable experience. - Open the supported browser.
- Go to your tenant address.
Alternatively, access your site from Ideagen Mazlan Home. - Sign in as normal.
Tip
For the smoothest experience, set Chrome or Edge as your default browser on your Mac so that links open in a supported browser automatically.
Compatibility issues
If you access Ideagen Audit and Risk Management in Safari, you may find that things appear to work at first but then fail.
A typical pattern is:
- You can set a new password successfully.
- Immediately afterwards, you can open your Production or Training instance.
- Later, after that first session ends, you can still sign in to Ideagen Mazlan Home, but when you try to open either solution instance, you see the error "Something has gone wrong".
This happens because Safari is not supported. Switching to one of the recommended browsers resolves this.
