This article explains compatibility issues between Ideagen Audit and Risk and the Safari browser, installed by default on Apple Mac devices.

1. Compatibility issues

If you use Safari to access Ideagen Audit and Risk, you will experience the following behaviour:

• You can successfully set a new password.
• After setting the password, you can access the Production or Training instance.
• After leaving that session, you can log in to Hub but attempting to access either Audit and Risk instance will result in the error "Something has gone wrong".

To access Ideagen Audit and Risk on a Mac device, use an alternative browser such as Chrome or Firefox instead of Safari.
