This article outlines the solution changes, enhancements, and fixes that have been implemented in the v2.0.0 release, available from 29 January 2026.
1. Features
Unified location and process management
Managing locations and service lines across your quality management universe just got significantly easier. You can now edit, set, and update location and service line assignments consistently across all modules including Quality Risks, Quality Objectives, Quality Responses, Assessments, and Remedial Actions. This unified approach means less time navigating between screens and more time focusing on what matters most—your quality management work. Bulk operations are fully supported, allowing you to update multiple records simultaneously while the system validates your changes against business rules.
Enhanced assessment interface
The Assessment module has received a visual and functional refresh designed to improve your daily workflow. New pill-style tabs provide cleaner navigation between assessment sections, while a redesigned timeline component offers better visualization of assessment progress and key milestones. A new role view toggle allows you to quickly switch perspectives based on your responsibilities, and improved bar charts make data analysis more intuitive and actionable.
Improved questionnaire experience
Questionnaire responses now display contextual information directly within the response view, giving respondents better understanding of the questionnaire's purpose and scope. Questionnaire tasks also feature improved titles for easier identification and organization, helping you track and manage responses more effectively as part of your quality management assessments.
Assessment schedule filtering
Planning your assessment schedule is now more intuitive with the ability to filter the Gantt chart by assignment. This enhancement makes it easier to view specific resource allocations, identify scheduling conflicts, and ensure balanced workload distribution across your quality management team.
User experience refinements
We've refined terminology across the platform for greater clarity and consistency. Button labels now more accurately reflect their actions—for example, buttons display "Add" when linking existing items rather than "Create," helping you understand exactly what each action will do. The Reviews grid now clearly displays "Request Review" for improved workflow clarity.
