1. Open the Actions module.
2. Navigate to the Library Actions section.

3. Select Create Library Action.

4. Enter a Title for the Action.

5. Select an Action Type.

6. Choose a relevant Category.

7. Assign the desired Priority.

8. Select the Severity for the Action.

9. Enter a concise Description.

10. Click Next.

11. Choose a Process from the drop-down list.

12. Save the new Library Action.
13. View the created Library Action by clicking on the pop-up, or manually find it within the Library Actions list.
