2. Click Library Incidents.

3. Click Create Library Incident.

4. Enter the basic information about the Library Incident.

5. Choose a Type from the available options.

6. Choose a Priority, the options are High, Medium and Low.

7. Click Next once you've finished.

8. Select a process in which your Library Incident belongs.

9. Click Save.
