Troubleshooting login issues for users with an expired login link

Administrators setting up new user accounts.
Administrator permissions are required.
When an Administrator creates a new user, that new user is sent a email containing a link to the application login screen. The link is valid for 7 days. After that time, the new user will not be able to log in or set a new password.
This article shows you how you can resolve that scenario.
1. Issue
If a new user tries to login for the first time more than 7 days after their account is created, they will see a password reset screen when trying to log in.
However, no email will be sent if they fill out their details.
This is because their account has not been activated within the 7 day window.
2. Resolution
To resolve the issue:
- Log in to Ideagen Hub.
- Go to the Admin Console.

- Find the user.
- Click Resend temporary password.

This will cause a new email to be sent, and the new user can follow the new link to set a password.
