1. Access the Configuration module.
2. Select Roles from the Configuration module menu.

3. Choose Create Role.

4. Enter a Name for the Role.

5. You can set the Minimum and Maximum number of users that can be assigned to the Role. You can also choose for the role to have unlimited users assigned.

6. Enter a Description for the Role.

7. Click Save to create the Role.
8. Click the pop-up to view the Role you just created or locate it manually within the Roles view.
