This article outlines the product changes, enhancements, and fixes that have been implemented in the v1.10 release, available from 7 May 2025.

1. Features

General

Terminology

This release includes the ability to change terminology for certain objects (i.e. Audit, Control, Action) to pre-defined options at the tenant level via an admin configuration screen.

Corresponding code prefixes are also included with the change, and future notifications will reflect the changes made.

Advanced Query and filtering

Query filters for Audits and Risks (including Principal Risks and Risk Registers) have been expanded with additional BY and TIME status fields, and also extended query functionality to all child registers in Administration and Incidents.

List scoring enhancements

We have introduced numeric scoring for list items (i.e. Incident Priorities and Action Severities) with ordering validations and tooltips explaining their analytic role.

UI/UX improvements

We introduced additional usability enhancements, including:

• Get from Universe - The slide-out now has clear instructions and disabled pre-filters until a selection is made.
• Colour displays - Toggle for colour displays in custom fields have been added.
• Universe analysis - Exportable tree view has replaced the traditional register which allows for comprehensive universe analysis.

Audits

Audit rollforward enhancement

This release streamlined the rollforward function with scope change warnings, team validations, and clear audit lineage registers and modals for rolled forward Audits.

Questionnaire and Audit Register improvements

Business users now have a dedicated 'My Questionnaires' page, and the Audit Register has been simplified by removing the Actions column.

Notifications

Notification and guidance enhancements

We replaced accordion-based notifications with a searchable admin table for better usability. Also, in-app and email alerts now trigger for new assessments, and tooltips can display detailed guidance for list fields.

Timesheets

Timesheet enhancements

This release added phase-level task support with an 'Audit Phase' dropdown that creates collapsible rows under the Audit task, providing detailed breakdowns of time allocation.

2. Fixes

There are a number of bug fixes included in this release:

• UI errors - Resolved UI errors when launching Audit Risks/Controls.
• Key Date comments - Fixed key date comment visibility issues.
• Questionnaire export titles - Corrected questionnaire export titles to now be clickable.
• RTF field lengths - Enforced proper field lengths for rich text fields.
• Risk scores on Queries page - Rounded risk scores on the Queries page to whole numbers for improved readability.
