Changing action status

Actions module access is required.
Actions are used to create a record of tasks that a specific user or group of users needs to complete as part of an objective, for example.
This article shows you how to change the current status of an action.
1. Changing status
1.1. Actions list
1.1.1. Open
To change the action status:
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select Actions.
- Find the action you want to update.
- Access the Actions menu in the record row.
- Click Set as open.
1.1.2. Draft
To revert the action status to draft:
- Access the Actions menu in the record row.
- Click Set as draft.
1.1.3. Cancelled
To mark the action as no longer needed:
- Access the Actions menu in the record row.
- Click Set as cancelled.

You can access any of the the status options from the Options menu within the record itself.
