Exporting action data

Actions module access is required.
To give you an overview of all present and past actions, you can export a custom view of all action records at any time.
This article shows you where you can create this export.
1. Exporting data
To export action data:
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select Actions.
- Click Export Data.
- Enter a name for your file.
- Select export options.
- Click Save.
You will see your export appear in your browser downloads. Opening the download will take you to the spreadsheet with the exported action details.
