Deactivating a user

User Management access is required.
Having control over user access is important for security, which is why the system gives you the option to deactivate users at any time. You can use the feature to temporarily remove access from users on secondment, or to permanently remove access from users who have left your organisation.
This article shows you how to deactivate a user account.
1. Deactivating a user
To deactivate a user:
- Access User Management.
- Search for the user you want to deactivate.
- Click View to open the user record.
- Click Edit user.
- Click Next.
- Untick Active.
- Click Save.
To reactivate a user, follow the above steps again, ticking the Active box.
