Adding Notes to a Control

Risk module access is required.
Notes are an optional tool that allows you to share details relating to a Control with other members of your team. This article shows you how to create an entry.

To add a Note:
- Open the Control you want to add Notes to.
- Switch to the "Notes" tab.
- Click Create Note.
- Enter the information you want to share with your team.
- Click Save.
You will be taken back to the Control screen where you will see your Note displayed.
To edit or delete the Note, select the relevant option from the Actions menu to the right of the entry.
