Who is this article for?

   Users who need to prompt tasks within an Objective.

   Risk module access is required.

Actions allow you to assign tasks specific to team members who have ownership over an Objective. This article shows you how to do that.

1. Adding an Action

To add an Action:

1. Open the Objective you want to attach Actions to.
2. Switch to the Actions tab.

3. Click Add Action.
4. Choose Add existing.

5. Tick the box next to the Action(s) you want to add.
6. Click Save.

You will be taken back to the Objective screen where you will see your Actions listed.

Do you need to create a new Action specific to the Objective?
You can do this by selecting one of the other available "Add Action" options and following the process for creating an Action!
