Creating a Test

Risk module access is required.
Test are important in ensuring various aspects of your risk management system are operating as designed. This article shows you how to create a new Test.

To create a Test:

Open the Risk menu.
- Select Tests.
- Click Create Test.
- Select Create new to create a Test from scratch.
We will cover the Get from library option later.
- Enter a Test name in the Title field.
- Select a Test Type from the dropdown.
- Enter a Description for the Test.
- Click Next.
- Select a Location.
This is the site the Test will be carried out for.
- Click Next.
- Choose an optional Process.
This is the Process the Test will be carried out as a part of.
- Click Next.
- Assign Roles to those involved in the Test.
- Click Save.
Alternatively, you can create a Test from an existing template.
To create a Test from a template:
- Click Create Test.
- Select Get from library.
- Choose a Template.
- Click Next.
- Complete Location and Owner details as required.
- Click Save.
Your Test should now appear in the Tests list.
