Creating an Incident

- Select the Incidents dropdown from ARC home.
- Next, click Incidents.
- Click Create Incident.
- From the dropdown menu, choose Create new, to create a new Incident.
- Enter the basic information about the Incident in the boxes shown.
- Select an incident Type. These options are customisable and may differ from the options shown here.
- Set the Incident Priority level. Choose from High, Medium and Low.
- Click Next when all the incident information has been added.
- Specify the Incident Location.
- Select Next to proceed.
- Select a process the Incident belongs to.
- Click Next to proceed.
- Assign users to roles within the Incident.
- Click Assign to me if needed.
- Select Save to log the created incident.
