- Access the Incidents module.
- Click Incidents.
- Select Create Incident.
- Next, choose Get from library.
- Use the search bar, and Process and Type filters to find the template from the library. Then, click on the template you want.
- Click Next to proceed.
- Specify the Incident Location.
- Proceed to the next stage by clicking Next.
- Choose an Incident Owner.
- Click Save.
