- Access the Incidents module.
- Click Incidents.
- Choose the Incident you'd like to add an Incident Report to. You can do this by using the search bar and filters shown.
- Once you've selected an incident, click Add Incident Report.
- Use the search bar, and Location and Type filters to source an Incident Report. Tick the checkbox next to the Incident Report you want.
- Click Save to proceed.
- The Incident Report you chose will be listed within the incident.
