This guide will walk you through the process of adding Objectives to an Incident.

- Navigate to the Incidents module.
- Select Incidents.
- Use the search bar and filters to source the incident you'd like to add objectives to.
- Select the Objectives tab.
- Click Add Objective.
- There are three options to choose from when adding Objectives: Create new, Get from Library and Add existing. Let's start with Add existing.
- Choose one or multiple existing objectives from the list.
- Click Save.
- To add an objective from the library, select Get from library in the Objectives tab.
- Choose one or multiple objectives from the library.
- Use the search bar and filters to find an Objective. Then, choose an Objective from the list.
- Click Next to proceed.
- Specify an objective Location.
- Click Next.
- Allocate an Objective Owner, then click Save.
- To create a brand new objective, select Create new in the Objectives tab.
- Enter the basic information about the Objective.
- Select from the available options to enter an Objective Type.
- Click Next to proceed.
- Specify an Objective Location.
- Click Next.
- Choose the appropriate Process category.
- Click Next to move to the next step.
- Assign users to roles within the Objective. You also have the option to assign them to yourself by clicking Assign to me.
- Click Save.
