1. Access the Incidents module.
- Click Incidents.
- Select the Incident you'd like to add Notes to.
- Click Notes.
- Select Create Note.
- Add the content of the Note in the box provided.
- Click Save once you've finished.
- The Note will appear listed under the Notes tab.
