- Access the Incidents module.
- Click Incidents.
- Select the Incident you'd like to edit.
- Click Options.
- Then, select Edit from the dropdown menu.
- Edit the Incident by choosing from Details, Location, Process and Team.
- Once you've finished making adjustments to the Incident, click Save.
