- Access the Incidents module.
- Click Incident Reports.
- Select Create Incident Report.
- Enter the basic information about the Incident Report.
- Choose a Type from the options listed.
- Next, select the Priority level from High, Medium and Low.
- Click Next.
- Select the Incident Report Location.
- Click Next.
- Allocate roles to users. You can assign yourself to a role by selecting the down arrow, then Assign to me.
- Click Save.
