1. Navigate to the Incidents section, then click Incident Reports.

2. There are two ways to set an Incident Report as open, the first is to click on the Incident Report you want to set as Open.

3. Click Options.

4. Select Set as Open.

5. The status will change to Open next to the title of the Incident Report.

6. The second option is to click the three dots button next to the Incident Report you'd like to set as Open.

7. Select Set as Open from the dropdown menu.
