- Access the Actions module.
- Select Actions from the Action module menu.
- Select Create New from the Create Action drop-down menu.
- Enter the Title for the Action.
- Choose the relevant Action Type.
- Select the desired Category.
- Assign the Priority level.
- Choose the relevant Severity level.
- Click the Calendar button.
- Choose the Action due date.
- Enter a Description for the Action.
- Click Next.
- Select the relevant Location from the drop-down list.
- Click Next.
- Select the desired Process area from the drop-down list.
- Choose Next to proceed.
- Review the Action details and select Save.
- Click the pop-up to view the Action you just created, or you can manually locate it within the Action list.
