1. Access the Incidents module.

2. Click Incident Reports.

3. There are two options to delete an Incident Report, the first is by clicking the three dots button.

4. From the dropdown menu, click Delete.

5. Click Yes, delete to confirm.

6. The second way is to click on the Incident Report you'd like to delete.

7. Select Options.

8. Then from the dropdown menu, click Delete.

9. Finally, confirm the deletion by selecting Yes, delete.
