This guide will walk you through the steps of removing an Item from a List. This process will be similar for all Lists. In this guide the example of removing an Action Type from a list, will be used to demonstrate.

- Access the Configuration module.
- Select Lists from the Configuration module menu.
- Click Action Types to open the List configuration settings.
- Open an Action Type by clicking on the Action Type name.
- Select the Options button.
- Choose Delete from the displayed options.
- Confirm the deletion, by clicking Yes, delete.
