Importing users to the user list

User Management access is required.
All user profiles created in the system get added to a user list located in the User Management section. You can use the list to review the current users in your system and export it to help with adding, updating, and removing multiple user accounts at once.
This article walks you through the process of importing user information to the system.
1. Importing user list
Before following the steps below, we recommend using the user list export as a basis for any imports you carry out to avoid losing data.
To import the user list:
- Access User Management.
- Switch to the Imported tab.
- Click New import.
- Browse to or drop in the CSV file.
- Review the update details to make sure the changes look correct.
- Click Import.
