When attaching a file you may see the message Upload failed. This article describes the issue and next steps in more detail.
1. Issue
- When attaching a file, you may see the error Upload failed.
- Clicking on the ⋮ symbol will reveal options to Delete the attachment or Retry.
2. Next steps
If Retry does not work:
- Press F12 on your keyboard, to open the Developer tools panel of your Web browser.
- Click on the Console menu item.
- Take a screen shot, and log the issue with Ideagen Support, who will then escalate to the relevant team.
