1. Features
Below is a summary of enhancements made in each release, up to v1.3.
v1.0.0
This was the initial external release of Ideagen Risk Management and Ideagen Internal
Audit.
- Initial release of Ideagen Risk Management and Ideagen Internal Audit which included Universe and User Management, Risk Registers, Assessments and Matrices, Action Management, as well as Audit Management and Workflow (Objectives, Risks, Controls, and Tests), and Audit Reporting.
v1.0.1
This was an internal release to allow for database scripts to be upgradable, allowing for
updates to be implemented on prior releases.
- Database scripts can be upgraded to allow updates to be implemented directly upon prior releases.
v1.1.0
This was an internal release to add initial components of Attachments and to provide a
number of fixes.
- First stages of adding an attachment within the software.
v1.2.0
This was an internal release to add Principal Risks, email Notifications, Summary Cards, Audit Attachments, and a number of fixes.
- Notifications have been added with the ability to enable/disable by user or by Notification. This release also required a Notification service to be added.
- Summary Cards added to provide additional dashboarding. Summary Cards can be set to display or hide depending upon user preference.
- Ability to add and view attachments has been added throughout the software.
v1.3.0
This was an external release that introduced Audit Trail, additional email Notifications, and
a number of fixes.
- Audit Trail is now surfaced that shows field by field changes made per object. The Audit Trail is searchable.
- Additional notifications added to provide completeness of notifications for Audits, Actions, Risks, Controls, Tests, and Incidents.
