Data at rest
Data is stored in Amazon RDS encrypted DB instances that use the industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm to encrypt your data.
After your data is encrypted, Amazon RDS handles authentication of access and decryption of your data.
Data in transit
All data in transit is secured using HTTPS TLS 1.2.
Instances
Every customer tenant is made up or one or more instances. Each instance is provisioned for a specific purpose, for example Production and Training instances.
Product updates are deployed to a tenant which means all instances are updated at the same time.
Product upgrades
All product upgrades are seamlessly deployed to the production stack, ensuring uninterrupted service during updates.
Customer tenants are hosted on the production stack, facilitating a unified upgrade process that automatically updates all customer tenants and their respective instances.
